Bring the flavour of a southern barbecue inside with this slow roasted beef brisket recipe. With little advance preparation, it just does its thing in the oven

looks very good dude!! nice job
looking nice and yam-yam !!!
Thanks for posting and I’m sure it tastes good… but, like otherwise posted, it’s not southern BBQ brisket. IF you use an oven (which I do sometimes), you need to cook it overnight at 220 degrees. And any sauce wouldn’t go on to VERY late in the process, if at all.
As a Texan let me just say. The cut may be brisket, but that aint any way to make brisket. Any cook temp over 280 or less than 2 hours aint slow roasted either!
he’s making pot roast not brisket
I like to smoke my brisket on low, low heat for 2 hour and then to the oven at 275for 3-4 hours. I get the thin cut brisket, it comes out with a touch of smoke and nice and moist and tender. I have four going right now. Happy Cooking!
i usually lightly grill it then put it in the oven
theres really nothing like tasting it from a grill
nice
