Cooking with Yokie… smoked Tongue… NOT good at all

Tongue was not meant to be smoked, crock pot...yes, smoked NOPE... the catfish, mahi mahi, brisket and jerkey were great.... enjoy and God bless you.

@lovejesusplz – God bless ya brother, been on a mission and all the glory to God, I’m down 70 lbs. going down another 10 and then plan on hanging between 230 and 240… ALL the glory to God, I tell ya. it’s a long story.
@smokinhornsbbq – Pecan wood was great flavor, lots of smoke, and it burned at about 15-20 degrees lower than masquite… it was an awesome day hanging with yokie cooking all kinds of meat. I also threw on those jalapenos at the end and then took all 7 and made a batch of hot sauce, that sould be very interesting, it’s almost black. God bless ya bro.
